   The house made pasta was incredible and the owners daughter was amazing. She speaks fluent English and was so patient and knowledgeable. We had a lovely and memorable meal.

   Best dinner we had in Venice! Lovely atmosphere, amazing food, wonderful wine selection, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

   Abbiamo provato per caso l'Osteria da Bubi perché cercavamo un locale vicino al teatro Goldoni. È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: ambiente curato, personale cordiale e preparato ma soprattutto cibo buonissimo! Il menù è contenuto e non turistico, aspetto per me positivo!    The food was “good” along with the ambiance and value but this isn’t a place that I’d necessarily recommend nor would I visit again. My wife and I went on a very slow Sunday with only two other tables occupied so my wife and I assumed that the service would be quick, it wasn’t. The place was nice, food good and the servers polite.

   A hidden gem in Venice! Tucked away on a quiet street off the main tourist drag! While Venice was packed to the brim in general when we visited over Christmas/New Year’s, this place was an oasis of calm. The food was simple and delicious, probably the best we had on this trip to Italy overall. Brava!

    As an avowed capitalist, I’m all about pricing to the market. But $44 fettuccine is too much even for me. The food is good, but they are jaded by too much popularity. Rushing people out to seat another group of Americans willing to pay for the experience. So rushed as to make it bad by even American standards, let alone Italian. It’s not special enough to make it worthwhile.
