Giorgio Pierangeli, Owner and Founder of Pecorino Restaurant, has partnered with Celebrity Chef Nicola Mastronardi to bring an authentic Italian Osteria dining experience to one of the oldest and most iconic buildings in Brentwood. Osteria Vera offers a cozy yet upscale setting. The menu is a testament to Italian culinary excellence, featuring homemade pasta, regional specialties, grilled or roasted meats, pizza, and fish.
Both Giorgio Pierangeli and Nicola Mastronardi are graduates of culinary schools in Italy and have honed their skills in some of the finest establishments across Italy, Europe, and the USA. It was a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. We had pasta, which was made the Italian way -thin and delicious. It will be an our new go-to restaurant for us. Thank you, everyone.

Chef/owner Nicola is one of the top Italian chefs in LA. He is at the center of Osteria Vera, in their open kitchen, preparing and overseeing the preparation of everything. His food is delicious. We had the Hamachi crudo, topped with lemon and shaved bottarga, the Lechuga salad, another pasta dish with spaghetti and more bottarga (our favorite) and the roast duck. I love duck and this was prepared perfectly; meaty and tender pieces with crisp skin. The service was excellent; friendly, attentive, well paced.
