A gastronomic project that seeks to amaze and enhance Mexico, telling a story in each dish, always respecting our traditions, making them evolve through a unique cuisine with new flavors.
We take back our roots not only in food, but also as an element of design and furniture, materials such as mud, talavera, wood, stone, fabrics and embroidery such as wicker and rattan, as well as endemic vegetation, to create an atmosphere of harmony and balance, from the hand of chef Ana Martorell.

Los meseros se la pasan hablando e interrumpiendo todo el desayuno y dando pretextos en lugar de hacer su trabajo y tratar de no molestar

Un gran acierto escoger este lugar para desayunar. Los platillos deliciosos y el servicio de Marcos impecable! La ambientación del lugar también es muy agradable! Muy recomendable para desayunar tranquilamente rodeado de naturaleza y un ambiente muy agradable.

Toda la comida es deliciosa y el servicio es excelente, solo que los platos que tienen mole, ya sea blanco, rosa o el tradicional sirven muy poco.

Muy mal servicio, súper lento en un principio aunque después mejoró pero pasaron 20 minutos sin que nos atendieran. La comida bastante mala de sabor, fría y en mi platillo había un pelo. Lástima porque había muy buena comida antes y el lugar es muy lindo.

La comida está muy bien preparada y tiene muy buen sabor. Nos gustó mucho. Lo que no nos gustó mucho fue que la Recepcionista no fue muy amable y el mesero que nos atendió no contestaba cuando nos dirigíamos a el, y nos pareció descortés o como si estuviera de mal humor. Nosotros le dimos las gracias a el siempre, por educación. Y el simplemente no contestaba. Los que suponemos ayudan al mesero eran mucho más amables y atentos. Para el nivel de la chef y la belleza del lugar, deben entrenar mejor a las personas. Habríamos dado 5 estrellas de no haber sido por eso. Si comparamos con. El Cardenal, los precios son más accesibles y la atención es bastante más esmerada .
