何でもセルフスタイルで、みんなで鉄板を囲んてワイワイご飯に向いています。自分で自分で取ってくるのが苦手な方には向きません。調味料も持ち込み可能なのを知らなかったので、次は醤油以外で食べたいです。

始めてお世話になりましたが、大変美味しく頂きました。　飲み物は『持ち込みのほうが安いですよ！』と普通はありえないお勧めをされて店に入ってから買出しに…。　ありがたいんですが、慣れてないのでなんだか違和感たっぷりでした(^^;

家内と外出、帰りが少し遅くなったので直前予約で入りました。焼牡蠣だけガッツリ食べる為だけに入る店としては良いかもしれませんが、焼き牡蠣以外の色々な面で食事を楽しむレストランと呼べるお店ではないと思いました。　特にサイドディッシュ（取ったのはサラダ、炙り〆鯖、筍の牡蠣味噌田楽）、加えて、敢えて「フランス」とは呼びたくない「フランスパン」等には「楽しく食事をしてもらいたい」とのレストランにとって最も必要な真心がこもっていないと感じました。　更に、牡蠣の焼き台としてのお好み焼きテーブルは牡蠣を焼くだけの為なら良いかもしれませんが、客には狭い鉄板の縁しかなく、食べるためのテーブルとしては余りにも不便、ワインは牡蠣とのベストマリーアジュで評判の高いロワールの白、「ミュスカデ・セーヴル・エ・メーヌ」（スクリューキャップでしたがそれはそれで良いとして）はワインクーラーに入れてもらえず、裸のまま熱い鉄板の傍に立たされたまま、食事の途中でよく温まってしまいました。値段の多寡にかかわらずワインであろうとお酒に敬意を表せないレストランであえばお酒は置かない方が良いと思います。　総論ですが、「カキ小屋」はレストランのテーマとしては良いかもしれませんが、あくまでも食事を楽しむ為のレストランであるべきで、１ヶ100円で立ち喰いできる地方の浜辺にある本当の牡蠣小屋ではないのですから、もう少し食事の場に相応しいお店としてサービスや雰囲気等、食事を楽しむ場としてあるべき基本の基本をよく考え直した方が良いと思いました。

かきはもちろん他の料理もとても美味しかったです。値段も高過ぎずよかったと思います。個人的には喫煙席がなかったので長くいられなかったのと、お酒の種類的に女性好みのものが少なかったかなと思います。それが改善されたらまた行きたいと思います。
