Would like to start off with the pub being such a cosy and beautiful location, interior is exceptionally decorated and has a cosy, retro vibe to the pub, very warm and welcoming with beautiful decorations that remind you of the Pacific islands which is such a lovely way to compliment the theme of the pub as it’s supposed to be a kiwi inspired pub.
As a Pacific Islander visiting this place did make me feel welcomed and proud of my culture. Beautiful place I could definitely see myself coming to visit again, although I’d love to suggest a few changes I think would be a great addition to this place

Great friendly service, answered a few questions and suggested options for cider, really attentive, amazing food and made accommodations as I was vegetarian so everything was clear to me. Very glad to have them so local to me!!

We booked. Received a warm welcome on arrival and a choice of where to sit. Importantly, drinks order was taken and served quickly whilst we chose meals. We chose table in view of TV, but other tables without view were available. Menu seemed well selected, to suit the chef’s skill set. Food was well cooked with good flavours. Slaw over salted to my taste, but that’s my taste. Good atmosphere. Staff worked hard to look after us.

It was a lovely discovery! Great put, clean and super welcome! Food was delicious, fresh ingredients, great taste and love in dishes while cooking… as a chef I clearly spot it! It was our first visit but definitely we’ll return! Service was efficient and precise. We really enjoyed!
