Loud kids and not allowed to sit outside facing the water on the top deck. Waited 15 mins to sit inside facing the water though we had reservations and it was not busy at all on a Tuesday night.

Beautiful setting. Had a wonderful lunch with friends. Great service and delicious food. We all had the crab cake BLT with house kettle chips.

Well we are all back to the hotel and 3 of 4 people can not get out of the bathroom. This is the worst food I have ever had at a Disney restaurant. crispy shrimp was all breading, octopus was so tough you could not chew it, calamari was greasy , my boiled key west shrimp was chewy and had no flavor (it actually seemed frozen shrimp to me). Anyway if you have a reservation cancel it and try something else. This was are second time here. The first was a while ago and we were not impressed but thought we would give it a second try. Never again!

Food lacked salt and flavor. Entrees and appetizers were generally bland for the price. Debated between Paddlefish and Boathouse, should’ve of spent the money for a better experience at Boathouse. Will not return to Paddlefish on our next Disney Springs trip. Ordered an Aperol Spritz and was given a Sprite. When we asked where was the Spritz, our server Matt said he misread his handwriting, so I told him to remove it from our check.

We were looking forward to dining here but unfortunately the food was not good. The grilled octopus tasted like vinegar and was hard and rubbery. The crab cake was heavy on the fillers and tasted fried. The entrees came out warm, not hot and tasted average at best. We have eaten at several restaurants in Disney Springs and would not return to this one.
