   Good food and good service. We were grateful to find a restaurant open on Christmas Day. Christmas Day was Wednesday and their Wednesday specials were $9.99 drinks and $12.99 pasta. I had the baked ziti off the $12.99 pasta menu. My husband had chicken Vesuvio. The food had really good flavor. We were also offered a salad with our meal for an extra dollar. The quality of salad was very good. I had the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I ate every drop of the salad. As an appetizer, we had calamari. Again very good we will definitely come back.

   Our waiter was great and attentive. We made reservations and were seated right away. Food, drinks and dessert were great.

   We were seated at a table in the enclosed patio. It was cold due to a heating problem. Management moved us to an inside table before we could ask and was working on the issue immediately. Thank you

   Are waitress Gabby was very nice and she was always checking back with us to make sure that we were in need of anything and fast service and I couldn’t be happier.

   I liked the decorations in the place. I also liked the pizza. We got nachos as an appetizer and that was good too, but it was really big.

   I wish I knew the name of our server.. She was great and very attentive. She was wearing a flower in her hair. She was great and I hope she remembers us the next time we go into Paisans

   Great enviornment and service. The BBQ Salad with Chicken was very good and would order again. We had a few of their specialty cocktails and found them well made , taste ok , yet not sure I would order them again. Probably beer is a safer bet. Now to the pizza. We had their traditional style pizza which I believe is closest to tavern style for them. BUT it's not thin tavern style or thin crust it's more like a medium crust thickness and they need it. The pizza comes loaded with cheeze , actually to much. They need to cut their squares so it actually seperates the pieces. Then you take a square the cheeze still connects to the other pieces and we found it was coming right off the crust base and was making a mess. WE had to work hard to make sure we seperated the cheeze before the piece left the cooking sheet. No knive provided , so we had to ask for one. This problem could be easily solved for the customer by making sure the pieces really get cut into squares before leaving kitchen or providing a roller pizza cutter at the table for the customer to use. I was other tables having the same problem. JUST SAYING. Finally the Pizza taste: It was good but not great. In my opinion go for the experiance but most likely it will not become your pizza goto place. Just my opinion. Yet I will try one more time.
