   We made reservations for anniversary and were greeted with complementary Prosecco. All of the servers working on our table or respectful, attentive, and very polite. The food had lovely presentation perfect timing and tasted wonderful. The drinks are fabulous and the staff take great pride in the curated cocktails we loved the beautiful vegetation that surrounded us, the other customers were having a wonderful time. Our only bad experience is there was one group of a four guests that were loud and boisterous, one of the men passed out at the table.Of course this is not the restaurant’s fault. Sadly it did distract all of the guests but good news he left the restaurant on his own accord.

   I really enjoyed my experience at Palapa Grill. The food, the service and the ambiance was amazing! I celebrated my birthday here and they came out with a dessert singing happy birthday.

   This place was absolutely amazing ! The food was a 12/10... off the charts ! I'd go back again and the waiter Davien was very kind and knowledgeable of all the menu items.

   This was my second time dining here and it was very different from the first experience which was AMAZING. The service was extremely slow at first. Seems like they were understaffed because our server would come by then disappear. It was super hot but the fans did put out good air they just don’t have enough. The wines tasted old, not fresh so after trying three different ones I opted for a Prosecco which was ok. My meal presentation was beyond sloppy. I ordered the same dish as I had before and while it tasted good the presentation was thrown together. My partners steak dish was sloppy and undercooked so he sent it back and got the sea bass which was just ok. The dessert was the best part. I don’t want to discourage people to try this restaurant but I was just disappointed this time around.

   Tourist trap! Made a big mistake making a reservation here. My steak was the worst quality piece of meat I have had in years!! I ate a few bites and could not chew it even at medium rare!! The bottle of French Merlot came out actually hot! They had to put it in an ice bucket for 15 min before it was drinkable. The waiter asked me if my steak was ok and I explained that it was horrible. To make the night even worse they only took off only 50% of the cost of my steak. Don’t believe the hype. Poorly run and even worse the quality of the food!! Stay away!!!

    The food was pretty good. Other than the hostess, service was pretty slow. It was beautiful inside with plenty of "instagramable" spots. There was a strange smell of bad water that made it difficult to enjoy myself. I'm glad I finally went but I would not go again.
