   Amazing evening. Food and wine matching was exceptional. Scallops and beef dishes were the heroes. Service made our evening very special. Thank you Dylan and Faith. We will be back soon.

   Absolutely loved the ambience of this gorgeous restaurant. Beautifully lit and well thought out dining spaces. The staff were genuinely lovely, attentive, not over the top but really welcoming and kind. The food was outstanding, we had the gf bread (best gf bread we’ve had out in a while) lamb entree, wagyu and pork main, parish mash and the pavlova for dessert. All were beautiful, the pork was a little less tender than hoped but still good. We will definitely be back.

   2nd time we dined at the palatte. Amazing meals and service. Possibly the best restaurant in the Gold Coast.

A pleasant dining experience with room for a few improvements, and be prepared for smaller portions.

   Nick are server was great very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was friendly attentive and helped us enjoy the food by advising we alternate between sweet and savoury. We spent 11/2 hours and throughly enjoyed our day. It wa my birthday and was given a box of truffles which was a lovely gesture. Highly recommend and will be back for dinner at our next celebration!     A very nice setting and friendly, professional staff. The lobster mousse was magnificent. I then enjoyed a delicious Jerusalem artichoke dish for my main course My two friends chose the pork for their main course but found it practically inedible. Extremely dry and stringy. The waitress apologised and offered a replacement which they declined, as the only choice was the artichoke dish which did not a appeal. ( We all had chosen the $60 two course lunch menu). Despite not eating it they were still charged for it. Two ladies at the next table had a similar experience. ( But took their pork home for their dog!) The a la carte menu is quite expensive, as is the wine list. ( We had a very nice Pinot Grigio-$70 a bottle - which is $21 at Dans!)
