Palm Court is the quintessential Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden. The restaurant has been lovingly crafted to recreate a classical 1920’s art nouveau-style venue echoing elegant dining rooms in Paris’s most affluent arrondissements.

    We absolutely love Palm Court Brasserie. Located in the heart of Covent Gardens it sets you up for an entertaining day. The atmosphere is always set to a romantic, calming light whether you attend during the day or evening. Great for a range of meetings such as friendship gatherings, couple date nights and family meals. Food is fantastic and never let's us down. We are always served with utmost politeness and respect.     It was New Year’s Eve and they were very busy, but I was half way through my main course before my glass of wine arrived. Other than that, service was excellent.

    What eating out should be like. Very happy with the food and wine. Bit tight on the space but economics counts as well. This is my second visit and there will be more. Congratulations on your offering from a well travelled foodie!

    We enjoyed the pre-theatre menu which offered excellent choice, quality and value for money. The staff were all welcoming and the atmosphere was vibrant and all in all set our evening off to an fantastic start. We have dined here previously and have always had an enjoyable experience and we would not hesitate to return in the future. Indeed we always recommend this restaurant to our friends.

    Although the food was great and the manager accommodated us on a table change, the service was terrible. We waited over 15 minutes for anyone to come to talk us. When they did, it was only to ask if we wanted water. It was another 10 minutes at least before anyone came to take our drink order. Even then, the server, who worked up front, would not look us in the eye, spoke so softly it was hard to hear in the crowded room and did not ask if we wanted starters. By this time, we had waited a half an hour and were worried we wouldn't make our show. Finally, when the server came back, my mother ordered the three course theatre dinner, but didn't even have time to get her dessert. All in all, our dinner for two people took two hours and others were getting service before us even though they were seated after. I would not recommend even though the food was very good. No other person from the establishment came to check on us, even though they seemed to notice we were not given the best service. Save your money.

    Went for a meal this evening ( 28/12 ) after going to ballet which we also did last December 23. The quality ,service and atmosphere as good as last year. Very convenient if you are in Covent Garden. Would recommend this restaurant highly.

    Excellent service. Very friendly staff and quick service even though it was very busy. Food was delicious. We had steak , beef bourguignon and bouillabaisse. All incredible.
