Palm Court is the quintessential Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden. The restaurant has been lovingly crafted to recreate a classical 1920’s art nouveau-style venue echoing elegant dining rooms in Paris’s most affluent arrondissements.

    Had a lovely time at Palm Court Brasserie, was here for our anniversary and they gave us a congratulatory card which was a lovely touch! Only complaint limited starter and dessert options for those with nut allergies, did offer chicken parfait or french onion soup but without the bread which isn’t quite the same!

    On arrival at 1152 for a 1200 booking we were asked to leave. “We don’t open until 1200” she said. Umm… Other than the above less than warm welcome the food and service were rather good.

    Went for the pre-theatre menu (again). All three courses are top notch. You get a decent selection of courses for about£24. highly recommended.

    We had a problem with the bill because there is some kind of complicated rule that the pre-theatre menu is only available till 630pm so even if you set out on that menu before 630 if you order a dessert after 630 it's not part of the 'deal' ... or something - it was really hard to understand and the explanation given did not make any sense, nor did the bill. We are not stupid but this was all very baffling and surely unnecessary. Simplicity is all.
