    Service was ok, we were told that our time was 2 hours. The waiter came along after 1 hour and 10 minutes and told us that our time was up and that we had to leave, even though we still had half a bottle of wine to finish. I explained that we were told when we came in to the restaurant that we had 2 hours and he said I only work here. The Brussels sprouts were cold and I sent them back. I will never go back as there is so much more choice in London. Very disappointed as this was my birthday treat.

    Lovely meal. We can highly recommend all the dishes we chose. The burrata with pesto & tomatoes to start, the bouillabaisse & lamb for mains, & the classic chocolate tart. Great ambience & friendly staff make it a v welcoming & enjoyable experience. Its my favourite restaurant!

    Love the decor in the Palm Court, it gets very noisy when busy and the tables are very close together. The food is good although we returned one meal due to very tough meat but they swiftly replaced it with an alternative choice. Good value for money considering its location. Good service.

    Nice food but table for two,too small in a cramped area and noisy. Not as nice as it could be if less squished.

    I use Palm Ct with different groups of people. I have never been less than thoroughly delighted with the whole experience. Food, staff, ambience, all excellent. We never feel under pressure to leave. Many thanks
