   We booked a reservation just to make sure we’ve got a table. The place was romantic, the food was amazing & good value for its price. We would definitely go back again.

   Good value venue for pre-theatre dinner very convenient for Royal Opera House. Service was quick and friendly. Food was fine but not outstanding. Good wine in generous serving for a reasonable price. Tables very close together and rather noisy.

   We had the set menu, very good value for money. Staff very welcoming, busy restaurant but great ambiance. Third time eating there and would definitely return.

   Despite being very noisy with people celebrating Christmas early the quality of the food was outstanding. The menu offers a varied choice of dishes and a reasonable selection of cocktails and wines. Staff are friendly and efficient. If we hadn’t come to the end of our 2 hour slot we would have stayed another half hour and had more wine.

   A lovely experience dining at this restaurant for my partner's birthday. All the staff could not have been more charming and attentive. They went the extra mile to ensure we took our reserved seats at the right time and took time out to chat with us despite the busyness of the place. They work hard :-) The birthday dessert was a lovely unexpected touch, thank you. We will be back.

   I’ve been to Palm Court Brasserie many times and the ambience is always excellent. Great service as usual. Unfortunately, my steak was way overdone ( I’d asked for medium). I did mention this to the waiter but he just said “sorry about that’”. No offer of compensation, or any reduction was offered, which I thought was poor. I was there on a date, so didn’t make a fuss. I will go back but I’ll never have a steak there again…shame.

   While the food, particularly the caramelized onion tart and the crème brûlée, was outstanding, it was the service that really bumps the Palm Court up to 5+ stars. Both our waitress and the waiter who followed her, whose names we unfortunately did not get, were wonderful. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had notified the restaurant when I made the reservation. They greeted her like family, with a warm birthday wish and a surprise birthday desert (the crème brûlée) that was accompanied by a card signed by the entire staff! Little gestures like that sometimes make all the difference, and that certainly did. Even without that, the food was outstanding, but the service was spectacular.

   Good welcome, and venue. Very buzzy. Service was excellent, particularly for us. We were served by a lovely girl, Enza. She was very attentive to everyone, and made our experience really good. Would definitely go back!
