At Palmina we make everything from scratch every morning following our tradicional recipes, to give you the opportunity to explore the real italian experience.

The region's cuisine features abundant fresh seafood, often prepared in traditional Mediterranean styles. Puglia is also famous for its bread, including the iconic Altamura bread, and its pasta varieties and dishes like Braciola. Other culinary highlights include local cheeses, vegetables, and wines, such as the robust red wines made from the Primitivo grape.

I love Palmina! Good food, good service, lovely and intimate seating. Italian menu prepared authentically and good choices of wine. There's a full bar with an attentive bartender and a good selection of wine. Nico and Jackie, our servers, were especially pleasant and made us feel like home.

Palmina by Puglia has an outstanding kitchen, with delicious and well-prepared dishes to be enjoyed, if not craved. At first blush, it may seem a bit pricey (with small portions), when one realizes the excellent quality of the ingredients and the current "value pricing" menu, it's most reasonable, indeed. We are ESPECIALLY delighted to dine there when their outstanding classical and jazz guitarist is featured (most Saturdays, but check in advance, to be sure), and our evenings at Palmino by Puglia are magical ones with fine food, a friendly staff, and outstanding music.

Neighbourhood gem. Outstanding proscutto and buratta - so fresh and tasty. Grilled vegetables very good. Both very large portions. House ravioli lovely. Filling and light at the same time. House red and white wine both very nice. Chocolate cake decadent. Service was excellent. Although a bit more explanation of the prix fixe menu would be appreciated. Chef/owner came around a number of times. We will return.
