   Absolutely wonderful! Food is great, service was awesome. Only gripe is you cannot order some of the bar menu items in the restaurant part.

   Literally the worst birthday ever. There was a slight issue with the reservation, and they were able to adjust and seat 2 extra guests. Even so, we were to be seated in the overflow area away from the regular diners both before and after the adjustment in seating, leaving us to feel like pariahs, to be hidden from view. My wife’s steak was ordered rare, it showed up to the table almost medium well. We sent it back. By the time they got the replacement to her, the party was almost finished. The steak was raw in the center. Rare is not raw. My wife, trying to make the best out of a situation ate the bits that were edible, because at that point, what else could be done. Dinner was over. There was no fix that could be rendered at that point that would be acceptable. When we tried to explain that we shouldn’t have been made to pay for her meal, they refused a refund saying that we were taking it home. We offered to leave it behind instead of taking it home to feed to our dogs. They said that wasn’t an acceptable solution either. Overall this birthday dinner was nothing short of disappointing. We won’t be back, even though my own steak was amazing.

   Hi Zoe, OpenTable assigns tables based on the number of guests in your party, it was not our intent to have your party feel like pariahs. I am sorry your wife did not like her steak. When the first steak was presented your wife requested a new one be cooked as rare as possible. The kitchen prepared a new steak as quickly as they could and upon receiving the new steak your wife said that it was exactly what she was looking for to both the manager and server. At no point did she express disappointment in her second steak until after the check was presented. Had she said anything when asked, we would have been happy to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, the aggressive tone and cursing from her once the check was presented were not appreciated and weren't helpful in resolving the issue.

   Overall great experience. The steak could’ve been crispier on the outside and preferably not cut. The guacamole wasn’t anything special. The brisket added to guac was ok. The short ribs amazing. The sauce with steak very good. Cauliflower too spicy. Brussels were amazing. Very loud. Fun place, nice ambiance. Service was pretty good. A little slow but good.

   The service was outstanding. While the quality of the steak was outstanding, serving it in tallow was not to my taste. It’s not bar by any means, just not my taste.

   We had been at this restaurant before they changed the menu and redesigned the restaurant. At that time we were looking for a casual moderately priced restaurant. This was our second time here. The restaurant is beautiful. The menu has totally changed and very pricey. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. I chose the cauliflower dish. It was very difficult to eat. Very spicy. It was highly recommended but I wouldn’t. Two of the other meals were very good one other was ok. I would go back but order different food

   The original Paloma was great, but now it is at a different level. Ambiance, service, drinks and food are outstanding! One of the best steaks ever! Do not miss Paloma, it is amazing!
