We had a special birthday breakfast here and what a lovely time we had. The food was wonderful, with the banana and Nutella french toast being a real star. The server was lovely and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend this location. Also, if you are celebrating a birthday let them know for a really special treat!

It's truly was an incredible dining experience. The food was amazing, the best filet I've ever had! Great views of canalside as well. I truly feel you won't be disappointed when dining here.

I've been to Panorama many times in the past, but this time was pretty bad. A good server can make bad food better, but a poor server can make mediocre food terrible. Long waits as I watched my server chatting it up with other staff members and other tables. Sent back my double Grey Goose and 7 because it tasted like coffee. Something about the filet just wasn't right. Perhaps the pre-made potatoes were bad? Either way.... I won't be back anytime soon. I dont want a repeat. Sorry.

Horrible experience The bartender made my drinks in front of me then handed it to me while he put his straw in it and tested it in the bar side then took another straw and took more for the other bartender to taste. All while the drink is in front of me at the bar. Do your recipe testing and training before customers are there, the drink is in the menu so don’t they already know how to make it? Ewww!! The food was very disappointing! I think they use powdered potatoes No flavour at all. Go downstairs and eat some Buffalo Wings at the pub. Way better and a fraction of the price.

We regularly pop in for dinner and drinks before a Sabres game. Beautiful venue with nice views of the waterfront. Staff is always courteous and friendly and food has always been consistently good.

Typically a wonderful meal and great service. Perhaps going on a sabres night was not a good move. Service is as slow, to be expected but not having the server around to order a second drink, or even our first for nearly 20 minutes shows they were struggling. We will still be back, on a non event night.

What a fantastic Christmas dinner! I took my mom out for something special. She's become a picky eater the older she gets, but even she loved everything. Excellent food, excellent service, wonderful location!
