   The food was delicious, the jazz trio at brunch was very good, the service was less than adequate. All in all, worth it.

   We had dinner to celebrate Valentine’s and it was just perfect. We are glad that we made reservations otherwise we would had to wait for a long time. It was busy. We will definitely return next time we visit Paso Robles.

   Our dinner was delicious, however I have an issue with the martini I ordered. I believe a standard size martini glass and pour is expected from a restaurant of your caliber. For $18 I felt a little bit cheated when I saw the tiny sherry style glass set down at our table.

   My wife and I made a reservation through the Open Table App and confirmed our reservation by calling the restaurant. The day of the reservation, the hostess made a mistake by seating another couple under our reservation, but they were still able to seat us. The food was on point and the cocktails were amazing. This place really lives up to its hype. Shout out to John the Bartender, best bartender in the Central Coast. Very pleased spending Valentines dinner at Parchetto.

   The food and service were great! We shared osso bucco and it was literally fall off the bone, melt in your mouth delicious! We enjoyed everything bout our meal but the bar area seating was not great. Next time I’d opt to et at the bar then I’d have control of my total experience.

    We were hopeful but left disappointed. The tuna tartar and calamari appetizers were tasty but not exceptional in preparation. My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass, and we both found it overly salted (with truffle salt, I believe) and the portion size quite small - maybe 3 oz? I had the appetizer of seared scallops and found them to be overly salted. Our friend had the Octopus and enjoyed it. We all shared the beet salad, which was also tasty. Overall, it was not terrible, but not great either.
