   Best meal we’ve had anywhere in as long as I can remember. We went with all starters — scallops, lamb meatballs, salad, and the best tuna tartare we’ve ever had — followed by an apple crisp for dessert. Every dish was perfection. I’d order it all again next time but would consider coming back with additional friends so we can try even more dishes!

   We dined there last evening after a full day of wine tasting. We decided to just order starters. The calamari was crispy perfection with a yummy dipping sauce. The scallop appetizer was next level- perfection. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Sister restaurant to Il Cortille so it's "top notch" from food to service and it's remarkably quiet, which is a rare find in Paso!!!

   We have our favorite restaurants in Paso, but decided to try a new place, Parchetto, and we are so glad we did. There were so many things to like - the location, the vibe, the selection, and the service. Our fav was the Tuna Tartare. We like to consider ourselves Tuna Tartare aficionados - that’s our go-to appetizer when it’s available. Parchetto wins for BEST TUNA TARTARE EVER. Perfect combo of tuna, avocado, sesame oil with perfect chips. Can’t wait to return.

   Chef Santos is a genius. This is a mandatory “go back” place. All his kitchens make your taste buds do a happy dance.

   Beautiful bar with great choices. The food was delicious. I loved the octopus on the appetizer menu. It was big enough to be a main course. My husband had a filet, cooked to perfection, and he loved it!

   Love sitting at the bar and chatting with bartender and folks. Great appetizers and main course choices, specials and desserts. We chose calamari, beet salad and the ribeye. Perfect!

   Drinks were excellent. Beautiful bar and ambience. To start, we ordered the lamb meatballs (which were juicy) and beet salad. The seafood paella was ok, a bit too saucy and needed more crisp on the bottom. Would come back for cocktails!
