   hat a treat that this neighborhood gem has reopened! The space is gorgeous. The bread was fresh and amazing with the most delicious butter. All the salads, pastas, and meats were PERFECTLY presented and hands down DELICIOUS. I keep a running list of all my favorite things that I eat every year. We are only 8 days into this new year of 2025, but I can already predict that Park Tavern's apple crostata will end up being the best thing that I will have eaten in 2025. I already know this. Yes, it is THAT GOOD. The General Manager, Eric, was spectacularly present, gracious, kind, and attentive. We live in the neighborhood and are already planning our return to Park Tavern -- soon. HUGE THANKS ALL AROUND. The new Park Tavern is an A+++++++++++++++! Bravo!!!!!

   I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our dining experience on New Year's Eve. We had a reservation for 9:00 PM, but we were not seated until 9:17 PM. Upon being seated, we immediately informed the server that we were ready to order, as we needed to leave for an event by 10:00 PM. Despite this, our meal took 30 minutes to arrive. Concerned about the delay, we approached the server, who assured us he would check on it. However, we waited an additional 12 minutes. When the food finally arrived, my steak was well done, even though I had requested it to be medium, and my husband's salmon was raw in the middle. We asked for the salmon to be remade because it was raw and we were running late. I ate the steak well done which was not to my likings at all for it was so dry and burned. While management promptly apologized, the second serving of salmon was also raw. When we raised our concerns, the manager suggested it should be safe to eat. We explained that if the salmon was sushi grade, we would eat it, but if not, it could pose a health risk. After the second dish was returned to the kitchen, we ended up waiting until 10:30 PM. Ultimately, we were not charged for the food, and while we appreciate that gesture, the experience was disappointing. Our server appeared indifferent and did not seem attentive to the situation. However, I would like to acknowledge the managers, who were respectful and accommodating despite the circumstances. I hope this feedback helps improve service and kitchen preparation in the future. We enjoy dining at Park Tavern and hope for a better experience next time. Thank you for your time and attention.

   They appeared to have tables set aside for some people. Getting menus, getting served food requires talking with passing waiters asking where our food was. The food was decent, but pricy. Checked the bill and had to ask for charges that should not have been on bills to be removed. This restaurant wants to be a "happening place". The staff and management of staff is a serious problem. I have to say I have never had to ask passing waiters staff to get food served

   I was hoping that this place would be better then it was in the past. It’s in such a lovely area and it looks nice but their food is not good. It’s overpriced and it seems like they haven’t tasted their own dishes. Very underwhelming and some of the dishes taste strange like they just made it up along the way. I guess time will tell how they do.

   Even with a young child, we received a warm welcome and great corner booth for an early dinner on an already busy night. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the pistachio lemon cake was good enough to order seconds. We will be back!

   The Hostess Team did an outstanding job of seating our group of 5 and a 1 and a half year old baby at a great table. Thank you so much. The salads were both excellent and a different tasting experience . The bread sticks or crackers are a joke and should be complimentary. If you are going to charge for warm bread, then please provide ample butter and oil for a table of 5. The only real detriment to our experience was while our attentive server was passing out appetizer plates, one plate had a little residue of what seemed to be chocolate cake and the next plate had a half of a chocolate cake smushed onto the bottom of the plate. Our server acted immediately and accordingly, but my wife has forever correlated that with her impression of the restaurant. The food was tasty, but nothing exceeding a quality restaurant’s expectations.

    We went two weeks ago it was amazing, our server was incredible! (James) However not tonight. Food was a giant let down, server was so sad, and goodness we were embarrassed to take our friends from the neighborhood, who we raved about its comeback too….What a bummer.
