   The lady taking our orders needs a lot more in training. All 4 of us felt she was terse and disrespectful in the way she treated us patrons. She was demeaning in her answers to our questions. My food was cold but did not feel I could comment that to her. Noone came and asked if our meals were ok. And your junior members of staff kept trying to take our plates away before we had finished eating. Havnt been to the Parklands Tavern for a while and probably won’t be coming back for a while.

   Great night and great food. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I want to commend staff member Oscar for his excellent customer service. He is very friendly and helpful. A future staff member of the month.

   Fish special was a bit dry. Much better sticking to standard menu which is very good

   My daughter order the parmy was very dry not enough sauce on it i ordered the chicken carbonara had a smokey taste to it and the sauce was brown its supposed to be a garlic cream sauce which it definately wasnt my son had a bowl of chips which where way too salty the music in there was so loud you couldnt even hear each other i wouldnt have minded the music if it was a band but it was just music playing through the speakers

   Terrible waiting times, overpriced cheaper to eat out in Sydney cbd, poor selection. Why can’t 4 adults in their 50’s buy shots far out!!!

   A birthday celebration with our friends we had a lovely meal which didn't take long to come out and was delicious we all had senior meals which were a good size as we might be older but our appetites are still good. Thank you most enjoyable.

    Pleasant surroundings with a good range of meals, unfortunately the service was very variable, and not what we have had in the past here.
