   We enjoyed our lunch at Parkway Cafe. However, with the current change over of management, a few things were not available. Only one meal was unsatisfactory, the Chicken Caesar Salad. The chicken was fatty and the cos lettuce leaves were course and soggy

   The shelter from the heat is poor. The quality of the food is average. The service was great.

   The service and friendly attitudes of the waitresses was very good and the best part of our experience which unfortunately doesn’t compensate for my egg & bacon role which was burnt on the top and bottom. All I could taste was burnt brioche roll which was disappointing. Coffee for my wife was not good. I don’t like to write unfortunate reviews such as this but I need to be honest & transparent which is the most important aspect of a review. It’s a shame as the ambiance was nice.

   Good seating good Customer Service menu not bad but I feel it could be extended a little bit more more items to choose from especially for the lunch menu

   I booked for a birthday lunch. We waited 40 mins for my friend's coffee and 45 mins for my juice. Our meals came out after 55 mins and the frittata was luke-warm. Despite the ambience, the food and service was disappointing 😞

   Unfortunately it was a really bad experience today, we waited over 20mins today for luke warm coffees, food was more than an hour since ordering and some of it that arrived was super dry and not very good at all. The eggs benny my husband left half of it as was dry and rubbery and he said was just off, he's not been feeling great since eating it. General ambience not great as lots of grumpy customers because of the huge waits and staff were obviously stressed. We've been plenty of times before and was great but today was so bad we'd hesitate to return. We were given a refund of our chips as apology but really doesn't make up for the overall poor experience today sorry team! Hate to leave a review like this but just being honest.
