Parlour St. Paul is a casual diner and craft cocktail bar located blocks from downtown St. Paul and the Xcel Energy Center. Try the famous Parlour Burger, a double patty smash burger with American cheese and pickles or one of our other unique and delicious items while having a craft cocktail. We serve lunch Wednesday - Friday, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 11 am and more eclectic dishes in addition to breakfast food all day. We offer complimentary Valet service before an Xcel game or event.

    Our server was very knowledgeable and FANTASTIC!! The food was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the pickles, salad and burger and everything was DELICIOUS! The portions are very generous!

    The food and drinks were good. Valet service was an unexpected relief, especially given that traffic was so heavy on the way in. I expected a little better, though, especially with the high prices. There was a Wild game going on. That meant they had a limited menu, and they needed the table back in an hour, which sullied the experience somewhat.

    Our server Sam was amazing! I know it can be loud esp before a hockey game, but we started early at 4pm, and had fabulous food and drink. Favorite: wild rice chix POT PIE. I do wish the restaurant would post on website which days the Happy Hour is canceled due to Xcell event days.

    Our server was fun and knowledgeable. Cocktails were excellent, which is good because they’re expensive. We had the deviled eggs, really good, burger and fries were hot and crispy. Overall really great experience, we will be back.

    $45 a person (with tip) for breakfast (with no alcohol) is too much to pay. $5.50 for a cup of basic drip black coffee is just silly.

    Went for dinner with my son for his birthday. We ordered the chicken sandwich, burger, hashbrowns, and brussel sprouts. Everything was absolutely delicious! Will go back for sure.
