   One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We had a group of 7 and all of our food was terrible. Not only was it cold, but the flavors were bland and just off. I knew it wouldn’t be great but I thought it would be at least as good as Olive Garden.

   Such a fun atmosphere. You feel like you are dining outdoors in NYC. The food and service were also very good. Portions are very generous.

   Absolutely awful. Took 20 minutes to even get our drink order or even a menu, the waitress and the managers walked by us 4 times within that time and just asked “has anyone got your drink order yet” and then they’d walk off. The waitresses and manager was absolutely awful. Say they charge you a service charge at the end because they don’t want to raise their prices, but our bill was well over 100$ for crappy service and luke warm pasta. The chicken parm was disgusting and the only thing worth anything was the bread sticks. When you’re paying over 100$ you expect at the very least warm food and cold drinks.

   The food came out cold but they remade it. It was just mediocre Italian food. The meatballs had too much pepper in them but they were huge!

   Food was ok. Big servings. They were out of stuff. Not a big selection of food. We will probably not return.

   All of our food came out room temp (even though staff told us plates were hot) my spaghetti and meatball had little to no sauce…had to ask for it. Waitress said she heard they ran out…but would check. Lasagna and meatballs ordered had unmelted cheese…huh! We weren’t the only tables to have this issue so we didn’t pile on the manager. We won’t be back, but the food was good even if it wasn’t hot

   The food itself was not great. The sauce was thick and seemed like it might've been Old but our service was amazing. She was a wonderful, sweet woman and I loved the way the restaurant was decorated. It was very cool.

    Our server was attentive, and the mock storefronts in the restaurant were darling. There were 4 of us and everyone loved their food.
