   My wife and I had an amazing date night at Passerella. The food was delicious and well priced. Our server was great as well and the manager came to check that we enjoyed our experience. Top tier. We already plan to make it a regular outing.

   Both entrees we ordered they were out of (sausage and peppers pasta & NY strip). Once we got our second choice entrees, steak was overcooked. Menu said 16 artisan pizzas. Asked what the pizzas were and was told cheese, pepperoni or veggie. Service was slow and was hard to get drink refills.

   On a big holiday it’s expected to have slow service but I’m pretty sure our waitress forgot to input our order. She came back 20 minutes after taking our order and asked us again what we ordered.

   Passerella-Cypress was decent, though nothing crazy exciting in our opinion. Food and drinks were tasty, but service and ambience were lacking. To start, our group tried a few appetizers, both of which were tasty. The focaccia we had as the bread service was also good. We all ordered drinks and enjoyed them, however they took 20+ minutes to come out and the restaurant was not busy.. When we were finally able to snag our waiter again, everyone was able to order and wait time on the food wasn't too bad. Everyone enjoyed their dinner as well. I had the special which was a lobster ravioli. Definitely a great value there for what you get with that meal. The downfall, was one in our group ordered her meal the same time that we did. When everyone else's meal came out, hers did not and we let our waiter know. It then had to be brought up once again with our waiter and another time with, who I'm assuming was, the manager, before it finally came out. We had all finished our meals by the time hers got to the table, so we were glad some were sharing plates. It also was tough tracking down our waiter so nobody ordered another round of drinks. We also ordered dessert to go, but when we were paying, it was also forgotten and had to remind the staff again. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience. As I said, food and drinks were good, but service and ambience were definitely lacking. I wouldn't turn my nose up at coming again, but also not rushing out the door any time soon to get back.

   Delicious and generous portions! Our chicken Marsala was delicious. The bisque was great and the complementary sparkling wine was a lovely addition. Our homemade tiramisu was scrumptious.

   Convenient location, friendly atmosphere, great service and great food. Everything you are looking for when deciding where to spend your hard earned money on a night out. Will definitely be back soon.

   All at the table agreed our second drink wasn’t very good. I returned one and got a new one and still didn’t drink it. My friend and I left them on the table. Service and server was amazing.

    This is an exceptionally great restaurant. The food and service were great. I love that they greet you with a glass of champagne. A very nice touch.
