    Hadn’t been there in ages. It was much busier than usual and the staff was overwhelmed. The dinner was over priced and underwhelming The food runners were tossing dishes onto our table - food fell off the plates - it was not smooth. We were given an amuse bouche in an awkwardly large bowl with a splash of bisque, which made the bisque cold. Our server did keep his cool - though all the servers were sweating it pretty noticeably. I hate to say it but never doing NYE there again.

    Our waiter was very nice but super slow and inefficient. We sat down at 6:30 and didn’t leave the restaurant until 9:50. Several people in our party had to leave early without finishing their meal because it took so long. We love Passion Fish but were disappointed with our service even though it was New Year’s Eve.

    We had a wonderful New Year's Eve at Passion Fish. The ambience was superb, service was great and above all the food was delicious. Passion Fish is our go to restaurant for Northern Virginia

    It was New Year’s Eve, so it was crazy busy. But, we had a reservation, knew it was fixed price, and expected at least some attention by our server. She was overwhelmed, missed one wine with dinner, switched it to a glass of what we had been drinking but it arrived after dinner. The food was ok, the desserts terrible, very hard to flag down server for our check. We were so happy to get out of there. The tables around us were set for four then changed to two then back to four then back to two on and on it went. Such confusion. It will be a long time before I return there.

    Best restaurant in Reston. Assuming you like seafood, that is. A wide variety, all beautifully prepared. Service is very good although your lead server often takes your order and then various underlings take over until the server checks in later. Place is beautiful but sometimes seems a little hectic.
