Nach einem Begrüßungsaperitif werden uns in entspannter Runde vier Weine vorgestellt, dazu reichen wir gemischte Antipasti und Pinsa frisch aus der PASTALOZZI Küche. 25. März - Masùt da Rive Seit 1900 widmet sich die Familie Gallo, die seit jeher unter dem Namen „Masùt da Rive“ bekannt ist, der Pflege der Trauben im Weinberg und der Forschung im Weinkeller, wobei sie ein Know-how zum Ausdruck bringt, das die Tradition respektiert, aber dennoch den Geschmack von heute berücksichtigt. Ihre 28 Hektar Weinberge im Friaul der Isonzotäler erstrecken sich über den 46. Breitengrad, an dem auch Burgund liegt. Dies bringt die Winzerfamilie Gallo, nicht nur dazu, große Weißweine zu erzeugen, sondern auch die Fahne des Pinot Noir hochzuhalten 13.
