    Hello, We went in for our reservation with our two year old and they tried to put us at a high top, which is impossible with a two year old. They were not apologetic about it and just said sorry we cant help you. Instead of offering us to wait, call us when a table is available or even say to come back another day, or even recommending and option they just ignored us while we stood in the front and tried to figure out where to eat at 6pm on a Saturday night. They came across as rude and unhelpful.

    Was a really nice first date here! Food and service were both refreshingly good.! I highly recommend the basement cellar table for a cozy dinner :)

    Wir waren schon mehrfach im Pastalozzi essen und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Die italienische Küche ist hervorragend – von der frischen Pasta und Pizza bis hin zu den Desserts. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Besonders die einladende Atmosphäre im Gewölbekeller ist etwas ganz besonderes. Ich kann das Pastalozzi nur wärmstens empfehlen! :)

    We have been there for the Wine tasting Event and it was amazing. The food was Excellence and the wine tasting was very interesting and nice variety of wine. The Ambiente was so comfortable and coty. perfect for the wine tasting.

    Die Nudeln mit den Garnelen waren leider durchgekocht. Zudem haben die Garnelen wirklich nicht gut geschmeckt, hatten eine Gummi artige konsestenz. Für den Preis erwarte ich dann doch etwas mehr Qualität

    First thing, we come in, and their booking tool considered us seated before we even got there. Then we're seated, very fine, ordering drinks and food, order has to be confirmed a second time for the wine. Appetizer comes quite quick, but then a whole hour of waiting for never coming main dishes. We were simply forgotten. After a whole hour, we finally signal it to the waiting staff, that tells us the kitchen is closed and that we should have signaled it earlier. I fail to see where this is our part to play in this whole show. In the end, we were served our dishes 20 minutes later and got a round of drinks on the house and apologies, which is already good, but it would be better if ordered food, would just come.

    Selten so guten Service gehabt! Die Mädels waren super nett! Essen war auch sehr lecker und die Portionen sind auch recht groß!
