Had to wait for table to be set, even though had booking. Was very busy and it was reflected in the service. Very pleasant but had to ask for assistance.

We thought we booked an experience. We had vouchers to have a beautiful lunch That was not the case we were seated away from the windows . We were told we could not sit there. They did not inform before or after that there was an event on. So we only managed nibbles. When we went to order the main course they said no. Event is on now. So we had vouchers that we could not use. We were so upset. Your staff basically said get over yourselves.

Pavilion was so lovely to eat at. The decor was cute and casual but the food made it next level. The view over mooloolaba beach was stunning and I loved the whole experience. I had the mushroom ravioli with a glass of wine and am so happy with all of it. A stunning experience.

Awfully hot in the venue, unless you can get window side which is reserved for groups larger than 3. Charged us a 15%!!!! surcharge on Christmas Eve. I understand you’re open on Christmas Eve but it’s not a public holiday? If I had known I would never had booked - maybe you should notify your guests prior. The food was so salty. We ordered three meals and they were all the same. Probably won’t be back.

We dined at the Mooloolaba Pav for our end of year celebrations with our office team and supervisors, we had an amazing time. Menu was fantastic and caters to lots of dietary requirements. Food was so amazing!! Service could be a bit better, there were only roughly 3 groups of people in the restaurant and it took a while for staff to clear empty glasses and plates, as our table was quite already crowded with 13 people, we had to clear the dishes ourselves. the restaurant was also beautiful and clean. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the Pav.

Booked for a large group online but wasn’t advised til we got there that it was split tables Half the food docket didn’t go to the kitchen and no food check in to make sure everything was ok or that we got it

Complete ignored for service. Used plates left on the table for over an hour, empty glasses not picked up, no water offered at all. food was good, and cocktails were good, but spent a lot of money for no service.
