   1 server for the entire place lol . Reservation with no one to greet us. Then when told them we have a reservation they proceed to tell us that the table that’s open is booked and no one showed up for it. Service and prices are laughable.

   On Saturdays reservation last for 2 hours. And they will kick you out of your table.

   I have been a regular at this location for several years and have never had a bad experience. The waitresses are always friendly and work incredibly hard. They even go the extra mile by taking my pictures when I ask. I really enjoy coming here!

   I was RUSHED from my table before my 2 hr limit. It's boring. I would never go back to visit. Had to go to the bar to order drinks. No food available.

   Great hip/hop and R&B music!! They had a dj, it was great energy, people were dancing and having a great time. The waitress was on point. They also had hookah. 10/10 experience .

   Had a reservation. Was told be hostess that the reservation was for 2 hours. After I’d been there for 1 1/2 hours, i was told i had to move outside because the next reservation was there. So i reminded her my 2 hours wasn’t up and her response was that someone has booked the table so we had to leave. Definitely a weird and unprofessional experience.

    I checked in with the hostess for my 2-person reservation (June 22, 2024, at 10:30 p.m.). She ushered me to a small table with 2 chairs and clearly told me that was my seat. I waited patiently for a server, but none came to take my order. A few moments later, a black kid with dreads walked directly to me and, in a disrespectful tone, said, "Get up." He forcefully tried to pull my chair from behind me, so I asked why he did that. According to him, I did not have a reservation and instructed me to leave. One of the security personnel saw what happened and tried to de-escalate the situation. Instead of asking for proof of reservation, he instructed me to speak with the hostess and leave the table for this random disrespectful kid who had no clue that he was harrassing an armed/trained fighter. I showed the security guard my reservation on OpenTable (the internet does not lie). After a few minutes, the guard came back to me and explained that I could sit at the table for the moment. Unfortunately, the hostess messed up the seating arrangement (lack of professionalism). After 45 minutes of waiting without a server, I quietly left the establishment and went to another hookah bar. Maybe it was just a random misunderstanding, but I'd never want any paying customer to go through this kind of escalation. It could've been worse.
