   It was very nice food but quite loud where we were seated. Staff very friendly and nice. Overall good will go back

   The food was well below standard chicken tasted cheap and all tasted bland they requested whether there was a special occasion which there was birthday and nothing was mentioned about it on the night service was good and friendly staff but food was well below standard and very expensive

   Again exceptional service with a smile, even when we made an error at check out by giving a 0.01p tip

   Usually i have amazing food here but tonight the restaurant felt cold and this seemed to make the food go cold quicker, although the food didnt arrive overly warm in the first place. I understand its a monday and places arent so busy, but the food was quite dry, usually its piping hot and fresh.

   Went on a date food was ok but was put next to a table of 25 so could not hear areself talk

   Additional Main Courses were slow to be delivered as the Kitchen was very busy (it was Valentine's weekend. The Gluten free dishes delivered to one of our party were not very warm.

   Right out the gate a comment was made, apparently we had cancelled our booking but still turned up to be seated. Even though I had confirmed in the OpenTable app that WE WOULD be attending. 3hours start to finish which I actually thought was terrible, wasn't as though it was busy. We have been many times before and have always enjoyed the food but this time the food seemed bland. I'm not writing the place off and would go again in the hopes that this was hopefully a one off.

   Table booked for after 8pm due to the kitchen shutting around 10pm I would advise to book a table earlier as it was busy and we like to take a bit of time eating we felt slightly rushed at the end and it took a while for staff to take our orders

   We visited this restaurant for the first time as a valentines treat. I am leaving this review because we were sadly extremely disappointed. We were approached by 5 different waiters to ask if we would like to order drinks in the space of 3 minutes of sitting down, while we were still looking at the drinks menu. This obviously made us feel rushed and like we had to make a quick decision. Leading me to just choose tapwater as I didn't feel like I had time to decide. The drinks menu was then taken away and so I never actually ordered anything else. We did have a lovely waiter who gave advice on what starters to choose. Sadly, all the starters apart from the squid will lukewarm. I'm presuming they keep the food cooked and warm out the in the kitchen and not cooked fresh as it was also all very chewy. We then ordered the crispy duck, which again was lukewarm. We would usually go for a second course of this but did not because it was not hot and fresh. Our main course was the best, and most of it was actually hot. The biggest upset of the night was when the waitress came to take our main course plates while my partner was still eating and when he addressed this with her, she commented on how the restaurant was busy tonight and they needed to turn the tables around as quick as possible. I did comment at this point that we gathered this was the case as we had felt rushed all night! At this point, we had only been in the restaurant for an hour in total. Again we would've ordered a little more food but decided at this point we were ready to go home because of the very poor service. Another waiter had asked us if everything was okay and we did say that it wasn't and explained our story. He just apologised and it didn't go any further. Our bill was £60 for the food a tap water & juice, it was not worth that at all! We wanted to go out for a nice romantic relaxed meal for a Valentine treat and we both were so gutted with how the night went.

    5 star treatment as normal was looked after brilliant for my partners birthday meal
