   Pelato was great! The menu was interesting and the food outstanding. Drinks were delicious as well. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu!

   I absolutely adore this spot! Definitely an underrated place for dinner. The food is fantastic, the sharing experience is collaborative sparking conversation, the interior is intimate and cozy, and the service is kind and helpful. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy and wonderful aspect to the entire dinner. This is not my first time as it is hard to not want to come back. My favorite dishes are the croquettes, garlic bread and the radiatori vodka. 10/10! My one slight disappointment would be in the inability to split the check. Otherwise fantastic!

   Very, very loud. If you’re 40 or under, you probably won’t mind that. The food was very good. The Tuscan Mai Tai was very creative and delightful. Good selection of wine, focusing on Italian. Very, very good. Only the large number of loud, all female tables kept this from being a “5.”

   I’ve been to plenty of tapas style restaurants before so I understand the concept and how that plays into timing for the kitchen, serving portions etc. The most dynamic and underrated part of the tapas style experience is the server. In between courses, drinks should never be empty and they should be communicative throughout the entire experience. Our server was missing almost the entire time. Our water glasses were constantly empty for a period of time, asked once at the end if we wanted more alcoholic beverages which was a miss bc if she had been checking in on us more often, we would have ordered some earlier in the meal. Never asked us how anything was in between courses. One of the dishes came out like 20+ mins after everything else which was annoying bc it was what I was looking forward too the most. We waited so long to get takeout boxes that one of the nearby servers started helping us to get everything boxed up and pay our bill. Truly ruined the experience (it was my birthday dinner with my husband which I also put on the reservation and it was ignored) I’m a high volume bartender downtown at a restaurant so I know the service industry extremely well and this was VERY disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend and probably won’t be back.

   Every dish we tried was absolutely incredible. Worth the price in my opinion. Service was great. Will definitely return!

    friendly staff as soon as we stepped inside. The food was amazing, a perfect 10/10 rating. The owners’ mother made us feel like we were part of her family sharing stories of the family pictures on the wall and highly recommended the potato croquettes(her recipe), which were simply incredible.
