Our decadent brunch buffet will have all of the classics, some authentic St. Louis flair, and Chef Antoine Bailey's signature sweets to end the meal. Menu includes breakfast classics like crepes, eggs, Duck Breast Benedict and much more. Lunch options include Oysters, Prime Rib, Salmon and much more. Always save room for delicious desserts like our fondue station. Reservations are available from 11 AM to 2 PM for $79 per person.     This weekend evening at dinner time when the local baseball game was on-going should have provided personalized and individualized care. However, with one bartender and one server (I so no food runner or assistants or managers either) the service was slow. When it happened, the server was marginal but the bartender, Toni, was absolutely fabulous! She not only made you feel welcome and appreciated, she made the BEST Paper Plane in the Universe! The mix of doos that we selected was well presented and tasty. The menu however is very small and Pennydrop is more of an upscale bar with a small bar menu as opposed to a full service restaurant with an amazing bar. When the baseball game finished and a crowd from the game flowed in, the service slowed even further and lines at the bar were much longer. With a few more staff members, the experience would have been maximized. Regardless of this, I will be back for my next Paper Plane before I head out of town.

    Our reservation was for 7:00 AM. We arrived 5 minutes early and waited 5 minutes after our reservation before leaving. During the whole time, there was zero staff around.

    Made a reservation here before a concert this weekend. This is a lobby bar with limited seating. There is no host to manage seating or reservations. We ordered right away and never got our food after waiting nearly 1.5 hrs. Do not recommend going here.

    We were intrigued by photos online; however, when we arrived, we found it to be much smaller than expected. The seating area was right off of the hotel lobby. There was no one to greet us into the restaurant. I waited a few minutes at the bar, while two staff were behind the bar chatting about some restaurant items (would have liked to at least be acknowledged with a "we'll be right with you.") The temperature was muggy (it was a hot day, but it should not feel muggy and stuffy, especially in an open area. There was a gentleman playing guitar, in a Cardinals jersey. It felt much more low brow than, again, the price point and photos allude to. The clientele eating were in gym shorts and tshirts - mostly families with children. On top of everything, just to eat at the restaurant, you had to valet - it was $48 to valet! The hotel concierge said we would receive no discount or validation for eating in the restaurant. That alone made us leave. We ate at the Beverly Hills Hotel 3 weeks ago, and they validated 50% our valet so we only had to pay $25. The iconic Beverly Hills Hotel. In Beverly Hills. This "Hilton" brand hotel in the middle of "Cardinals Nation" is charging me $48? Absolutely not. Thank goodness the valet was not working well either that day - my husband sat in the valet drive-up for 10 minutes and no one came to check-in our vehicle. We ended up leaving before anyone ever came around. We were really excited to visit and support a new-ish St. Louis eatery, but this was not the place to be. Bummer.

    Made our reservation for noon. Sat in the bar area until 12:45 trying to find a hostess. Finally went to the front desk where they had to go find a hostess. The restaurant and bar did not even appear to be open as they still had it cordoned off and no one at the bar or host desk. Didn't bother to try the food after being ignored for almost an hour.

    Food was terrible. We were the only people in the restaurant and waited 45 min for food to be served. Not even sure the burger was beef. Maybe sausage?

    The server was new and inexperienced but very nice. It took too long for the food (salads) to come out. They were out of salmon. But when the food came it was very good. Loved the potato wedges!

    It was busy and the bartender was backed up-drinks were poorly made. Food okay, but appetizers arrived well before our drinks. Opted to not order dinner and orders door dash.

    I truly enjoyed my birthday dinner in the Private Dining Room! The servers Maurice and Devi were extremely accommodating, clean, understanding, and so kind! They have great energy and I loved the atmosphere. Although I must say that the singer they had at the front of the hotel, was kind, but her mic was too loud and she sang songs that weren’t quite in her vocal range. That was off putting and we ended up having to close the doors, unfortunately. Other than that, we had a great time and will be back again!
