Sleek and modern with one foot firmly in the Old World is the feeling at Perbacco. The restaurant boasts a brick wall original to the historic 1913 Hind building, with other touches such as a bar top and floor tiles made from white Carrara marble. With 16 seats at the bar and 7 more intimate tables, Perbacco creates an atmosphere for a glass of wine or a light bite. Perbacco also features 2 dining rooms, one on the main floor and a smaller one on the Mezzanine, which has the added allure of serving as "theater", with windows to watch all the action in the kitchen below. Chef Staffan Terje strives to cook the finest food reflecting the Italian regions of Piemonte and Liguria. Handcrafted, house-made salumi, prosciutto and other charcuterie are not to be missed. Seasonal pastas, a tradition in Piemonte, range from the traditional ravioli to the more exotic agnolotti. Main courses feature dishes such as stuffed quail breast, a selection of seafood dishes, and vegetarian options.

We love perbacco! The hamachi crudo is not to be missed and the tagliatelle and the seafood spaghetti were as good as anything I have eaten in Rome.

Had an awesome time! The starters were spot on fresh, flavorful, and just the right way to kick things off. The drinks? Perfectly made and super refreshing. The food itself was next level everything was cooked just right and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the vibe was just right great energy, cool atmosphere, and friendly service. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Highly recommend!

This is such a good & reliable restaurant that it's usually crowded & therefore quite noisy. So choose your times accordingly if that's important. Excellent food & very attentive service. Enjoy!

From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are met with a welcoming hostess. Umberto the owner personally sees that you are seated comfortably . Instantly requests for water approach your table. Service is impeccable matching the perfection of the dinner. A must for anyone who prefers an upscale experience

Consistently a delightful experience. Food was delicious and service was superb. We go every year on our anniversary - we had our first date there 12 years ago - and they always seat us in a great spot. And the owner always makes a point to visit with us, even when it’s not our anniversary. Some might assume it’s just a place for business lunches / dinners, but it truly is a special place.
