   Our go-to Stark's family of restaurants were all booked so we took a chance on P & P - a menu that seemed similar. What we didn't anticipate was the staff. When we arrived, the place was almost empty, as was the hostess stand. After a while, the hostess showed up (she had been sitting at a table, in the back, with a few other people) and sat us. She absolutely treated us as an inconvenience and gave us the look. Sadly, I think she was also an owner or manager. Drinks: The fridge wasn't working, so no draft beer. A bottled beer came out without a glass. There is no coffee - as in they don't serve coffee, espresso, nothing. The drink flight we ordered wasn't even started when the food came out so we cancelled it. Bartender looked visibly angry. Our server was kind and tried to be accommodating. The food was tasty but the staff experience was surreal. No idea how this place stays open. And dress warm if you choose to go, windows were open on a 55 degree night.

   They were out of octopus and this is why we went there. They told us this after we ordered. Service was slow. Second time there probably won’t go back

   Good happy hour prices and good food. The server was friendly, but disappeared for quite a while when we were trying to pay our bill. My friend ordered a martini that came out warm. When we sent it back to be shaken again, she was visibly angry and reluctant to accept the mistake. She argued with our server about it. I understand mistakes, as I waited tables for many years. But arguing about it makes for an unpleasant experience.

   We were so excited to try a new place. Got seated at the bar and were ignored for about 20 minutes while the bar tender talked and laughed with other guests. It was very disappointing. We ended up leaving and going next door.

   Fantastic server and tasty food but the atmosphere here has changed. When it first opened it was really a pretty restaurant, and I would take friends from out of town. Now it seems set up to be a late night club with a DJ and flashing lights etc. The experience was fine but it’s definitely not as nice as it used to be.

   We went here for my birthday dinner, my first time eating here. I don't think I'd choose to go again with so many better options nearby. The food was good (small portions, but it was happy hour so we kind of expected that) and the staff was nice, but I'd expected more from them based on what I'd heard about the place. The first (and overwhelming) thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was that floors were really (extremely) sticky and felt gross to walk on, like what you'd expect at the end of the night at a busy bar full of sloppy drunks. Not what I expected in a nice restaurant at 6pm. Maybe they just had a busy Friday night and the cleaning staff was out sick? Either way, not a great first impression. We got there an hour after they opened for dinner, but it seemed like they were still getting things set up for the evening and weren't ready to serve guests yet. The dining room was really cold (the bathroom was thankfully nice and warm), drink service was slow (the food came out fairly quickly though). Some of our drinks were good, some were really watered down, a few drink orders were forgotten or took 15-20min to get despite there only being a few other guests in the whole place. Overall, the kitchen staff seemed on top of their end of things, good food made quickly and as ordered; the dining room staff felt unprepared and disorganized; the bartender moved really slowly like she was afraid to bruise the cocktails or break a glass if she moved too quickly; and the cleaning staff needs new floor mops, fresh water, and a refresher course on what a clean floor feels like.

   There were ants in 2 water glasses & 1 cocktail & the wait staff didn’t offer to comp the drink or make another. Apps came out before the drinks ordered 20 min earlier. Plates and utensils were cleared but not replaced. Then more apps came out, so food was getting cold w/ no way to serve or eat. Told 2 wait staff we needed plates/utensils. Plates were brought but no forks. It wasn’t busy so no excuse. Gratuity was automatically added. Manager gave us a discount after we complained, but too little too late. Food was mediocre.

   Can't really say anything about the food or the ambience of the place. What I CAN! say, is I made a reservation, drove 45 mins. Just to arrive to a closed restaurant, with false information on google about their times and days of operation.

    It was very disappointing as I had booked the reservation for my birthday and when we arrived at the restaurant they were not even open! Someone at the restaurant next door told us they thought they were closed on Wednesday and that they had recently had a change in staffing, I had even called in advance to ask a question, left a message and never got a response. I cannot rate their food as we weren't able to try it but absolutely lacking in customer service!
