Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, a closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, our chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Perspective Dining will offer cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu. Perspective Dining will be collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that our vision of uncompromised, no holds barred excellence and sustainability is showcased in our food.

    We loved the Perspective experience so we came to try the Eucalyptus Room for Valentine's Day. We had a wonderful evening. The impeccable standard set by Perspective was replicated and applied to a symphony of sweet (but no too sweet) treats supplemented by a deliciously different cocktail menu. From "bread and butter" start to the "milk and cookies" finale and Chef Andrew's sometimes passionate, sometimes humble and sometimes almost embarrassed explanations it is a thoroughly enjoyable companion experience to Perspective. Our favourite was definitely the "Fruit Cake" but the Golden Gaytime, liquorice all-sorts, fruit soup, peach and Mushroom garden were all superbly executed and so very tasty. The Eucalyptus Room is a less challenging (as in challenging to expectations of just how good certain foods can taste) experience than Perspective because you just know it is going to be good. Both are comforting and welcoming and bring something truly special to Brisbane. A special mention should go to the service team, especially Monica and Hugo who we were lucky enough to interact with both times we have dined with the team. Monica is an absolute delight and has a real talent for engaging with diners and making them feel like instant friends. And she makes an excellent cocktail. I had a very tasty Cumquat Splice and my partner had a supremely tasty pineapple and elderflower drink that almost made me wish I didn't like cumqaut quite so much.

    We had a fantastic time. We came on the recommendation of Yeah Nah - Not bad. I really appreciated the explanation of each dish and how it came about. Meeting Andrew, watching him assemble each dish and being in a lower sen, more private space was a real pleasure. My dinning partner manages social anxiety, so the 10 max (only 4 pax on the day including us) was a real draw card for us. The decor and interior design was relaxing and simple, yet refined. Wonderful choice in crockery and fittings. The personal link between novel cuisine techniques, quality local produce and Andrew's unqiue conceptual/narrative philosophy was a real highlight: we are still talking about nostalgic connections to grandma/s and 'ode to a glovebox' among others. We will be recommending this dining experience to our friends and colleagues. Thank you Andrew and the team for having us.

    Such a unique and refined experience - like no degustation we have done before. Every course was so delicious, highly recommend. We had two 9 course menus and one 9 course vegan which was also incredible!!

    Chef Andrew and his team offer a wonderful degustation experience. The 9 courses are a journey through Andrew's personal experiences and culinary expertise. The service is excellent and each dish is a work of multi-sensory art. I recommend the wine matching option for those who enjoy the added element of very good wines. They whole team were very welcoming and Chef Andrew was generous with both his time and his spirit. We will be back to try The Eucalyptus Room.

    Perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. We booked for lunch and enjoyed all the beautifully presented and tasty dishes. Loved being able to watch our Chef meticulously prepare the dishes and perfectly balance the flavors on each plate. The dining area is intimate (room for 10-12 diners) with Chef's explanation of the source of each dish. Recommend you choose wine pairing to compliment the food. A very enjoyable meal when you're not in a rush and want to experience great food & wine in a lovely private setting

    The chef coming to have a chat about the food made it really special. Food was an experience and paired with the wines just elevated the meal to a higher level.
