   We have been to Pescado Borracho several times over the last year. Food was always good. Last night was a big disappointment. I shared the chicken fajitas with my friend as it was always a large order. It was bland as can be. Our other friend ordered two Taco’s. One was fish & one was pork. They gave him one side for two orders but charged him 10.00 plus 9.00 = $19.00. The pork taco was just a large spoonful of shredded pork with a flour tortilla on top. No lettuce, tomatoes or onions. Lots of the food was loaded with chili powder. Hey guys get your act together. We will give them one more try, and then we will be on way if they don’t change.

   We won’t be coming back. The tacos were over priced, the flavors were either too bland or tasted like a bottle of liquid smoke was dumped on. All of the meat and seafood tasted like it was pre-packaged and pre-cooked. I make better food at home.

   The tacos were not good. Not worth the visit. The queso dip was also very bland and not spicy.

   The fried whole red snapper was excellent. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend.

   Busy place with a great cross section of families, couples, and happy hour patrons. Looked promising. Started with ceviche - weirdly dry and tasteless, corn fritters - delicious and well dressed and presented. Moved on to mahi tacos - delicious in every way, and rellano -hotdishy and served without a knife which took forever to arrive. The service staff have assigned responsibilities and do not cross over. Server took the order and intermittently served it. Other servers came from the kitchen bearing hot items. One server spent 80% of her time chatting with the couple in the next booth. While other people were delivering our food and utensils, it felt like she wasn’t doing her job. Chef came out a couple times and toured the tables. Didn’t seem to serve any purpose. Desserts were a highlight. Very well executed churro and ice cream dish and uniquely seasoned tres leches cake. Felt like a Baja bar that just opened. May get better with time.
