This is our favorite restaurant in DC but they could definitely work on the Ambiance! The lights are pretty bright and I wish they would dim them more as it gets darker. Also the view of the Sbarros from the window isn’t great so I wish they could have decent curtains. Besides that everything else is genuinely perfect.

We did the prix fix which gives a full experience of the menu. Staff was warm and friendly as well as quick to move off empty plates and cleanup. They executed with top notch professional without being too formal. Portions were fair and not heavy. Since it is French, we’d prefer related background music and perhaps a lower light level. This is a great place for visitors and special occasions.

A very lovely and charming cafe. Service was very friendly. Food was excellent — not huge portions, but very nice. Not inexpensive, but very pleasant.

Super nice staff! Good food for a Mothers’ day brunch! Nice outside space, maybe inside would have been too noisy!

Came here for the first time today and the decor was lovely. Appreciated that they did not pack too many tables in so it did not get too loud. Our server was very kind and gave excellent recommendations. That being said, the service was very slow. It took more than 15 minutes for cocktails to be delivered. The portions were normal sizes and the flavors were excellent. I really appreciate it. How spring flavors were reflected in the menu wild ramps were in the mussels!

Lovely French bistro style setting with good food at a reasonable price. The menu included French classics with a modern twist and execution was good. Service was friendly but very slow. There were long gaps between our courses, we had to ask several times for drinks orders and bread to be delivered and it detracted from the experience.
