Horrible food. The menu has changed so much and all the good items are gone and only fried items are left. Heavily processed food. Nothing tastes fresh

We met the grandkids at PF Chang’s in Allen for dinner. The service, from the host stand to the table server were spectacular. Friendly, attentive, and timely. The food was prepared perfectly and we all thought our meal was better than in previous times which is saying a lot. We enjoyed the evening.

We usually go to the Grandscape location. This location was new to us. Sever was attentive, but we felt a tad rushed. Food was bland at best. The gnats flying around were the worst.
