My order had warm and cold spots. Most of my broccoli was undercooked and cold. The sauce was runny. It was the worst PF Chang’s experience I’ve ever had. The other people in my group seemed pretty happy with theirs. I don’t know if it was because I needed gluten free or what. I have always had pretty good luck with P.F. Chang’s in the past.

Service was great and the food was excellent. I have not eaten at PF Changs in over 15 years as the food was salty and over priced for the quality and quantity of food received. I was surprisingly shocked with our latest experience in Huntsville.

Out of a lot of food. Incredibly expensive. Server was nice but had too many tables. Bar and kitchen were so slow. Poorly managed

Sat us right next to kitchen. It was loud and of course a lot of traffic. There were other tables available.

I got the spicy shrimp with noodles, it was really good. A little disappointed that we had to physically go to the bar area to get happy hour prices on our drinks.

Only issue, we had an appetizer and soup. Our main course came to the table before we even started on the soup. We were not there for a FAST food dinner!!

Consistency and taste of food have shifted significantly. Overcooked, and apologetic but twice in a row (2 trips, 3 weeks apart) and exactly the same issues. Was one of our favorites, but now extremely over priced for the quality you get.

This used to be one of our absolute favorite restaurants to go to. The last time we were there, service was slow and the food wasn't up to normal standards. We thought maybe it was just a one-time thing, so we made reservations for Father's Day. We got there there half a dozen, at most, parties dining there. We were seated immediately, but then waited almost 20 minutes for a server to even come by the table and acknowledge us. Drinks took another 10 to 15 minutes to get, once we ordered them. Food came out in the next 10 minutes or so. We were totally disappointed. The honey chicken was on the sweetness level of sweet and sour chicken. The Mongolian beef was overly sweet. The vegetable lo mein smelled awful. These are the same meals we always get, so we were truly disappointed. We will not be back anytime soon.
