Reservation made on OpenTable, when we arrived said they weren’t taking reservations from there and we’d need to wait 90 minutes. Another person said they’d seat us in 10 minutes when I showed the reservation. Restaurant was dirty and food was not well made or presented. It was greasy and everything had chilis added to it. Good if you like chilis, but I’m allergic, so limited options.

Served our soup and main meal at the same time. Had them take back the mains, but the food was lukewarm when served.

The food and atmosphere were good, but our server Isabella was outstanding. I had some special requests, and she was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I'm willing to go back just for the service.

PF Changs ia always a solid place to eat. We are so glad to see it on OpenTable, as the wait at this location can be pretty long. Our server Luca was great and paced the meal perfectly. The food was good (as always).

This location isn’t up to par for a PF Changs. We had a reservation and asked for a booth that had just been cleaned instead of the table next to the kitchen swinging doors. It wasn’t crowded yet, so several tables were open. We were told you have to reserve booths. What?? When we mentioned our reservation on Open Table didn’t ask about booths, the atmosphere changed and a manager seated us in the booth!! THANKS OPEN TABLE!

I made a reservation ahead 2 weeks in advanced. When we were seated they put us in the bar area. Every time the front door opened a gust of cold air would blow on me. I had to eat with my coat on! This was our memorable new Years dinner. When the food was served it was served cold. The calamari was tough and appeared to be from a frozen bag. The waiter was great. We were not too impressed with PF Chang’s- it once was really good in other years.

No respetaron mi reservación que hice en open table ; me tuve que enlistar y esperar 35 min ; de nada sirve hacerla reserva no te la respetan a mi me aparecía confirmada y te dicen que no les aparece , tardaron mucho en servir la comida realmente desesperante, la mesera fue amable y atenta pero se tardaron los platillos
