We waited 45 minutes despite having reservations. Service was extremely slow. My wife’s teriyaki chicken tasted like butane from the warmer it was sitting on. Food was marginal at best and overpriced in my opinion. We decided to X this restaurant off our list forever.

They overbook. We had a 7:30 reservation arrived 10 minutes before early. They couldn’t tell us how long it was going to be. We ended up eating in the bar. Will never go again. Open Table shouldn’t allow this to happen.

We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. After 20 minutes I inquired about the wait time and learned seating was about 1.5 hours later than the reservation time. We left and found a different place to dine.

Can’t say enough about our waiter, Michael! What a gem - very attentive and everything arrived on time for our group of 4. He checked often without bothering. Dishes, drinks and dessert did not fail to meet our expectations of celebrating friends. We were impressed and wish you were closer to the Greer side of town as we’d be there as a fav!!

Great experience. Food was delicious. The Rising Dragon cocktail is a favorite and did not disappoint! Our seating request was also accommodated without issue. Will definitely return soon!

My experience was completely unacceptable. I had a 7:15 reservation, yet by 8:00, I was still waiting and informed there were 16 parties ahead of me. This is a blatant disregard for your customers’ time and expectations. Why accept reservations if you have no intention of honoring them? Christmas Eve was ruined because of your poor management, and I will never return. Unfortunately, it’s clear this behavior will continue—overbooking reservations while accepting walk-ins with no regard for those who planned ahead. This level of incompetence is inexcusable.

We had reservations for 6:45, at 8:15 we still hadn’t been seated. Terrible management of their reservations. We told them we were leaving at 8:15 when they told us it would probably be another 30-40 minutes.

Waited over an hour with a reservation. We asked how much longer and they told us there were 17 parties in front of us. Had made the reservation well in advance, it being Christmas Eve. Very disappointing. We left without dinner and went home.
