    We did not stay! Our reservation was for 6:45. When we arrived we were told we were checked in. After hearing one customer being told they were running 30-45 min. behind on reservations, we asked about ours and were told the same thing. Gave the excuse that they were backed up in the kitchen. Several empty tables. We left and so did others. Poor management.

    Made a reservation for 6:15, got their early and then had to leave at 6:40 as we still hadn’t been seated and I overheard the manager telling other customers the kitchen was backed up. That doesn’t work when dining with small children.

    Love celebrating birthdays here or just going for any reason. Always friendly service & delicious food, a wonderful combination. Celebrating our niece's birthday today, we started with the lettuce wraps. Loved the new smaller lettuce, much easier to load up. The new sauce for this dish is delicious! Kung Pao Chicken is always delicious & today was no exception. Our niece had the Kung Pao Beef which she thoroughly enjoyed. The mango iced tea is refreshing & the hot & sour soup right on time. The birthday dessert was a chocolate fudge mousse circle of deliciousness. A great way to enjoy a meal!!

    We had a few too many insects dining on and with us. Don’t take any table near the take out door; which is probably causing this problem. We arrived early but the hostess just marked us as AWOP. We needed to have Open Table correct this oversight l. However; food and service excellent.

    The place was not crowded, I was surprised. The greeter took us timely, She was happy to move me to a table instead of a booth. My waiter, a lady blonde, can't remember her name was personable and friendly. The meal looked like the picture and was served quickly and hot. PF Chang did it right again.

    P.F. Chang’s rarely disappoints, delicious food, wonderful atmosphere & great customer service. Christopher went above and beyond for our table, even muddled strawberries for our daughter’s lemonade bc they were out of syrup. I would usually give them 5 stars, but the bathroom floors, including the entrance area, were very sticky & dirty. This was my first time being to this restaurant & feeling like it could use a good cleaning.

    The music,It was horrible !!! Thumping beat on a continuous loop. Gave me a headache and could not wait to leave! I thought this is not a bar. This is not relaxing.
