   Our server was very helpful and quick. We had a concert to attend and he got all of our food out and drinks filled quickly!

   This restaurant was not clean. The windows had dirty smudges on them, carpet was old looking, bathroom was dirty and no paper towels. We didn’t get cloth napkins or silverware. When we asked for napkins he brought us cocktail napkins. Server was attentive though. Very nice. Food was good but expensive. Not worth the 70 plus tip we spent for two people who drank ice tea and no cocktails.

   We have dined at Changs many many times. The food is always good and the price is fair. I was so sad to see that the recipe for the tofu lettuce wraps changed completely. They’re not awful, but no where near how good they were. That was a disappointing discovery when they arrived to our table. We only chose Changs for dinner Saturday due to the wraps.

   Busy Saturday night as Big Ten title game was gonna be played and we were in town for an IMAX movie at the State Museum. Has 600 reservations, didn’t wait long at all. Could tell the server was new but did a solid job for a real busy night. Food was very good as always. Been going to PF Changs all over for years. Taste still great but portion sizes have gotten smaller like so many places. Lettuce wraps are always a go to appetizer but the lettuce was very small, not the usual big leafs you come to expect. Still delicious. Me and my always share Changs Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Again, both still delicious but portions and the size of the chunks were much smaller. We usually always take home and have left overs at the end of our night but not this time. Overall still high king recommend any PF Changs and this one right in heart of downtown Indy is no different for a solid date night for good food and ambiance.

   restaurant was empty on a Monday night. only 2 other tables and we were set in front of the kitchen and watched the staff on their phones. bartender waited on us and it seemed we were a nuisance rather than a customer.

   Our group of three thought we were ordering from a lunch menu at 12:30 pm—only to find out once our checks arrived that we had to pay dinner prices. They did not have two menu items that we wanted. We spent an average of $50 for lunch - ridiculous. We won’t be back.

   The hostess could not figure out my reservation from open table. She then told me I must have made the reservation for a different location. I had left my phone in the car and I had to go back to get it just to show them that I had a reservation there. They would not seat me and told me that I had to sit at the bar because they were so busy so I had to go to my car to retrieve my phone to prove that I had an open table reservation at that location. Ridiculous! The server’s service was great.

   PF Chang's is looking very tired and out of date from a decor and menu selection area. The food was decent, fried green beans delicious as were the lettuce wraps. The Chicken fried rice was edible, but the chicken was slightly tough to chew. For the two of us with 2 glasses of wine it was over $95 with tip and that just seemed high for the quality. Our server was fabulous!

    We were in town for a concert. They were not equipped to handle the dinner rush. We waited an hour and a half and didn't receive our main entrees. The server and manager were very nice. He comped our food but we ended up leaving without getting our main dish due to time.
