   The vibe was upbeat and a fun atmosphere. The food was so good and our server was attentive and happy. The manager came by too which is a nice touch. Thank you.

   Spectacular experience especially with the “candle” to celebrate my birthday! The food was expeditiously served and brought back good memories of the food from 5 years ago. Our server was cheerful and wonderfully attentive!

   Our low main and Mongolian beef came out cold. Plus the Mongolian beef was in tiny little pieces that were hard and it had more green onions on top than meat. It was very disappointing. The only thing that was good and hot were the pork spring rolls. I won't be back for a while.

   Wonderful place to dine if it wasn’t for the food. The soup was over loaded with soy sauce. The fried rice was over loaded with soy sauce. And the main course was over loaded with soy sauce. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was great. You need to fix the soy sauce problem.

   Arrived for our reservation only to be told that there were so many reservations that we were being put on a waitlist with other people that had reservations. Was quoted a one hour wait time. Restaurant was severely overbooked, crowded and extremely noisy. Went across the street and was seated at Cheesecake Factory in 10 minutes with no reservation.

   I found P.F. Chang's probably 20 years ago, we used to get those yummy lettuce wraps and Szechuan Beef, lots of other dishes, and we considered their food to top notch. After moving I haven't been to one of their restaurants for a very long time, could be almost a decade maybe. Finally moved close to one and decided to take a trip down memory lane, but I wish I hadn't. The lettuce wraps filling tasted, I don't know, unfresh?, like it had been sitting in a heated pot all day. We also ordered beef with broccoli (Szechuan Beef was missing from the menu) and a sushi roll, the beef was cut thick and tough, charred on the outside, the broccoli was in big chunks (which was a problem since none of the silverware napkin rolls came with a knife to cut it) and it was too undercooked to be considered done, definitely couldn't cut it with the fork, frankly I've had better takeaway from places that don't even have a dining room. Same with the sushi roll, utterly average, nothing notable at all. I don't know if it is this location or if, as a chain, they have gotten lazy on their previous success, but I don't see giving this chain another chance, they literally got nothing right that night...

    Chang’s has lost its quality and appeal, as it is trying to appeal to a value-based chain meal, versus its original charter of high quality Asian offerings. Our service was exceptional but the quality of the food was disappointing: chicken lettuce wraps has more starch adds than chicken, the kung pao chicken was deep fried and salty, and the Mongolian beef was flash fried, salty and tough to chew. Our stomachs were hurting after the meal as this once iconic restaurant has seen better days.
