Disappointed to not see shrimp with lobster sauce on the menu. This has been our go to item for many years.

THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE SHRIMP WITH LOBSTER SAUCE FOR ME, EVEN THOUGH IT'S BEEN TAKEN OFF THE MENU. PLEASE PUT IT BACK ON. MY SERVER , BAILEY, SAID IT'S REQUESTED OFTEN. BAILEY SUPPLIED ME WITH REFILLS ON MY DRINK WITHOUT ME HAVING TO ASK. THAT IS MY DEFINITION OF GREAT SERVICE.

Had a reservation which they questioned / texted me about 3 times . We confirmed each time & arrived a few minutes early. The restaurant was packed with about 25-30 people waiting for a table, in the doorway, also with reservations. Hostess told us we’d have to wait, she didn’t know how long, but is would probably be about an hour, even with our reservation. VERY disappointing. They obviously overbooked for Christmas Eve dinner. We left after a few minute, told them & texted that we were leaving & went somewhere else& didn’t have to wait for an hour. After I confirmed 2x we’d left they then texted me that our table was ready, about 25 minutes later. VERY disappointed.

It was very crowed and they sat us next to a table that upset our stomach from all of the different perfume and cologne the people were wearing. We have to take our food to go as soon as it got to our table.

Very expensive compared to other restaurants. Used to be able to feed 2 people for $50 at PF Changs, now it's $85. Food is great but not for the prices they have published.

Our server has zero interest in us. He was dismissive and rude. It was lunch time and there were maybe 6 total tables in the whole restaurant. I have not been to PFC in a long time and after this visit I will not be coming back.
