   My family and I love PF Changs - their food is top notch and never lets us down. The only negative about this location I would say is it looks unkept and tired. It doesn't have that fancy PF Changs feel, it has a mall restaurant feel. And I know what you're thinking, it's in a mall right?! But no, this place is supposed to feel 'nice' - not 'blah'. The bathroom was a mess too, which wasn't confidence inducing. Overall I'd never pass up an opportunity to go to PF Changs so while this wouldn't be my first choice location wise, I highly recommend it food wise.

   Once we were served our food, our waiter disappeared. He never checked in on us, which was a problem because I wanted to order another drink. Nobody came by when it was clear we were done eating and had been sitting with empty serving plates for fifteen minutes. We had to ask another staff member to find our waiter to get our check. The food and setting were great, but that waiter had a bad night.

   Probably one of the worst meals at PF Changs. No seriously. The edamame app was hard and lukewarm at best. They were dried out as if they’ve been sitting in a box for a month. The Caesar salad was simply too much money for the base salad. I’m ok with the salmon add on but it was a shallow bowl The new Asian peanut salad was served on a warm plate. Who does that ?

   Ordered pan fried shrimp wontons and they were prepared very differently than we normally get. Lots of red pepper flakes and a new seasoning. Ordered chicken and broccoli and also prepared differently- lots of chunks of scallions, the brown sauce was not the same.Seems like the recipes have changed. Lastly food temp very inconsistent. Some of the chicken has cold while other parts of the dish were warm. Not good.

   The food was very good and tasty. We ordered the Feast at $21 per person, lots of food. The issue was the very slow kitchen. Apps came out pretty quickly but it took at least 30 minutes to get our main courses.

   I will never return to P.F. Chang’s in Natick. Not sure what the issue was on New Years Eve because the place wasn’t that busy but the service was terrible and the food took forever to get to the table. They ran out of every beer on tap except coors light, which seems ridiculous to me. Just tap a new keg. Food came out for on person at the table 25 minutes before anyone else’s so they just sat there with a cold plate of food until the rest of the food came out. I wouldn’t be surprised if the place closes in 2025. Don’t waste your money there. Too expensive for poor quality

    If the smoke is not available for the smoking dragon drink the customer should be told in advance. I inquired and was told it was working and for the second visit in a row, the drink came with no smoke which is disappointing
