   Overcooked salmon and slow service with few people in the restaurant. Manger was very accommodating to resolve the issue with the salmon.

   Never again! What happened to PF Chang's? Hostess failed to check us in upon arrival even when I walked up to the desk. Good thing I asked after 20 minutes past our reservation time: we were not checked in and we're seated promptly. The appetizer was served within three minutes - it was undercooked and cold. It must've been the server's first day because he was unable to balance the tray and broke dishes under our feet from the adjacent table. I ordered a cocktail, and paid for all ice- sad, the one sip was delicious. We almost had someone else's dinner when a runner tried to deliver food from another table after we had been served our entrees. Screaming kids and glaring lighting made for an unpleasant atmosphere in addition to the service and food. We dine out weekly and this was a record - 45 minutes door to door and decided against dessert before it got worse - couldn't wait to get out of there! Let me reiterate - never again.

   Definitely the food was not like it was before. We always loved their food, don’t know what happened. It just did not taste good. Usually Friday nights are always busy there, but it was not at all busy last Friday night. It will be a long while before we go back.

   We made a reservation @7:30 and didn’t get seated until almost 8:15. What’s the point of making a reservation?

   I don’t know if it’s the post Covid moratorium, but PFC’s has lost the shine it once had. From the quality of food to the overall decorum… the now-closed Manhattan Beach location was amazing, but the Rancho Cucamonga location is a bust… too bad.

    PF Changs used to be great, over the years it seems the quality has dropped, at this event the service was very week
