   Very busy, chaotic so service was slow. Food was just ok, disappointing because it used to be an upscale Chinese restaurant. The vegetarian tofu was absolutely terrible, sent it back. Will not go back for a very long time if ever!

   My wife and I were going to a The Show at Agua Caliente and looking for a place to eat before hand. We are not early eaters normally, so we didn’t know what to expect crowd-wise at some of the places along the way. We like Chinese Food, but still haven't found a wonderful place in the East Valley where we live, so thought we would try PF Changs. The only negative aspect of the choice to go there was the parking situation on a Friday night. The Parking situation necessitates a long walk through the mall (by design obviously) but it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. On Open Table, we had requested a table for two in the quietest location they had (I’m hearing impaired) and when we arrived, we were immediately seated at a spacious booth along the wall, which certainly was the quietist place they have in the resturant. It was great. The server was prompt and very pleasant, greeting us with water, utensils and plates right away and asking if we would like a drink and/or an appetizer to start. We decided on sharing two dishes, (Thai Salad and Orange Chicken, plus a cup of Wonton soup for me. We had ruled out a couple of other dishes on spiciness, after asking the waitress about them. We had a bottle of wine, which was reasonably priced, and the server offered up a chilled bucket right away. Right after we placed our food order, the waitress was back at our table in a couple of minutes to say that she checked with the kitchen on toning down the Orange Chicken and that it was a spiciness that was integrated into the sauce and they couldn’t change it; so she suggested we try the Honey Chicken, which is essentially the same with a non-spicy sauce. I am noting all of this, because it was above and beyond from what we have grown to expect from server’s attentiveness. She was probably THE BEST server that we have had at any resturant here in the Valley in the 7 years that we have lived here, and we have dined at some of fanciest restaurants here. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

   Our waitress was not very attentive -it took us 15 minutes to get soy sauce and the food was cold by the time it came -

   We had a wonderful dinner at PF Chang’s! Our server was amazing - she gave great recommendations and our courses were timed perfectly! We do not have a PF Chang’s location where we live so we dine at a location near our travels…
