   Horrible experience. Had to ask for a menu 3 times. Waited over 30 minutes to lettuce wraps. Wanted to order more food and no one came around to take our order again. Couldn't get a final tap, so left money on table. Will not go again to this establishment.

   My husband took me to PF Chang’s for my birthday dinner. It was so fun and delicious. We had a delightful server named Destiny. She was great, checked on us often. I started with their new February cocktail, the Cherry Blossom Martini. It was such a pretty pink color and so yummy. Gin, elderflower, strawberry, pineapple and lemon with 2 cherries. Then we shared an appetizer of Chang’s famous Chicken Lettuce Wraps. The flavor of the ground chicken with onions, water chestnuts and secret sauces is so good. Next we shared pork egg rolls which were also delicious. We each chose an entree - he chose Crispy Honey Shrimp. They were coated with a puffy batter, tangy honey sauce and served on fried rice noodles. The shrimp were so tender - really good. I chose Chang’s Spicy Chicken - lightly battered bite-sized pieces with a sweet spicy chili sauce. I was in heaven, it was so good. We had some white rice too. Then for dessert, I ordered The Great Wall of Chocolate - 6 layers of chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and semisweet chocolate chips. And Destiny served it with an empty wine bottle with a small firework flare attached. It was so cute! By then, we were so satisfyingly full, we only ate a third of it. We took the rest of the cake home ( we’d finished the rest of our dinner), and vowed to come back.

   Our server was very good but it seems the kitchen was off its game this night, took a long time for appetizers. Normally appetizers come out very quickly. All else seemed ok and the food tasted great!

   Chang’s Roseville has been a consistent family favorite especially for our group of six. Lettuce wraps, pan fried pork dumplings, multiple entrees, fried rice and steamed rice plus great conversation. This is a good place to celebrate a birthday. Wine by the bottle is priced fairly. I’m sure you will enjoy this restaurant.

   The wife and I kicked off the New Year here. Greeted warmly. It was the 1st of the year so ordered a bottle of bubbly. The wife chose Crispy Honey Shrimp, I chose the Lo Mein Combo. The more I ate the better it got. Yum! The wife thought crispy meant crunchy. It had crispy edges but that was enough for me.

   Sad - Prices are obviously very pumped while quality and quantity are very diminished. This is our last time for PF Changs. Very unfortunate.

   The place was not full, but there were a wait to be seated, so we decided to sit at the bar, there was no one there to order drinks from for about 10min not acceptable when drinks are starting at $15.00, once I was able to order the drinks was Good, would I go back there for the food No, food was not that good, Eggs rolls tasted like they came out of the microwave, Ribs was Okay nothing to brag about, I would say the Brown rice with the Orange chicken was really good not too hot but the sweetness made it just right.

   Celebrating birthday with 3 family members. We were seated on time at a table in the main dining room. The first thing I noticed was the noise!!! The chairs moving on the floor is as noisy as Starbucks. A staff person reconfigured tables and chairs next to my table. My guests and I jumped at the screeching of furniture pulled across the floor. I spoke with the employee about the excessive noise from moving chairs and tables across the floor. He said, “I’m almost done”. Totally clueless to the disturbance. I told him, “ Well I’m out of here.”. My guests and I will never go to PF Chang’s.

    We ordered the lettuce wraps appetizer - usually the best part - the filling was burnt and tasted awful. At least our server removed it from our bill. Otherwise average. Feh.
