We had put the birthday request in when making the reservation, but that was not done for us at the table. No mention of the birthday, no special seating, place mats, birthday cake, etc. We should have gone to a restaurant that would acknowledge the birthday. The waitress seemed in a hurry and not that excited to be working.

Nico was an excellent server that was a plus to our dining experience. The restaurant is one of the best “americanized” Chinese cuisine.

This restaurant does not use opentable anymore. They did not have my reservation when I showed up. We were lucky that it was a Monday night and not a weekend.

Ok, just a small disclosure here. According to PF Changs, they do not honor Open Table for reservations. Luckily, it was a slow night, and they were able to accommodate all 8 of us. Our waiter was awesome, very attentive. The food was delicious. Appetizers were on par for the size of our party. We had 2 orders of the chicken lettuce wraps. And everyone order their own dish.

It’s been a few years since we have been to PF Chang’s and we were pleasantly surprised that the food is still as good as we remembered! Definitely coming back again!

Accepted my reservation for 11:15 but when we got there the door was locked & an employee came to the door and said they wouldn't open until 12 or 1 pm. Why accept a reservation?
